  • Led the full interior renovation of Morgan Services’ new headquarters on the 41st floor of 205 N. Michigan Avenue, following the company’s relocation after 38 years in its previous space. 

  • Delivered a modern, mid-century-inspired office featuring timeless finishes, custom blue brand accents, and an upgraded A/V system.  

  • The thoughtfully designed workspace creates a flexible, future-ready environment and reflects Morgan Services’ legacy while positioning them for continued growth in a more efficient footprint. 

  • Completed in collaboration with Transwestern, J.C. Anderson, Whitney Architects, Kent Consulting Engineers, Continua Interiors, and Hallett Movers.
