BOMA Chicago

• Completed the interior build-out of a 6,200-square-foot office for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) on the 25th floor of 190 S. LaSalle in Chicago. 

• Transformed a white box space into a vibrant, state-of-the-art suite featuring a boardroom, conference room, kitchen, lounge with a living plant wall, seven private offices, open work areas, and a private phone room. 

• Highlights include new lighting, furniture and finishes, and a custom mural by urban contemporary artist CZR PRZ, reflecting BOMA’s commitment to innovation in commercial real estate. 

• Delivered in partnership with Beacon Capital Partners, Racer Design Studio, MRSA Architects, Kent Consulting Engineers, and Reed Construction.
