231 S LaSalle - Lower Level Fitness

• Transformed a former kitchen on the lower level of 231 S. LaSalle in downtown Chicago into a 7,000-square-foot high-performance fitness center. 

• Managed the full renovation of the facility into a modern amenity space featuring spa-quality locker rooms, upgraded finishes, and state-of-the-art equipment – all thoughtfully laid out to optimize user experience. 

• Part of our ongoing work with Beacon Capital Partners to elevate tenant-focused amenities across their portfolio. 

• Completed in collaboration with Whitney Architects, Reed Construction, Stantec, Direct Fitness Solutions, and Image 360.
