• Oversaw the renovation of this premier tenant amenity suite at 190 S. LaSalle, designed to offer a unique recreational experience as part of a broader initiative to enhance the versatility of the workplace and foster a vibrant and collaborative community within the building.

• Spans 2,650 total square feet and includes a state-of-the-art golf simulator and putting green. Other features include custom light fixtures, high-end millwork, a bar, locker space, plush seating, sophisticated décor, and other capital improvements.

• Completed in collaboration with Partners by Design, Reed Construction, and Spark Chicago.
