• 40,000 sq. ft. lobby redevelopment includes all new European stone flooring, four entrances re-built to be full height glazing, and a commissioned structural light piece by Leo Villareal.

• New amenity program includes a 17,000 sq. ft. café featuring the famous chef Fabio, a 7,000 sq. ft. private bar and lounge, a 10,000 sq. ft. full-scale fitness center, and various creative lounges designed and built throughout the complex.

• Total project cost: $60 million.
