Deirdre Dennett is incredibly experienced in management and strategic utilization of resources. She has 25+ years in construction and facilities, most notably as Director of Facilities and Planning at Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Beginning her career as a project engineer means Deirdre knows the mechanics as well as the execution for directing projects of magnitude with incredible outcomes. Deirdre is an expert at balancing budgets, scheduling, and maintaining tight timelines and balancing client needs for delicately phased projects.
